What a wonderful stay at Movenpick! the hotel was well-organized, with helpful and responsive staff. the quick check-in and check-out process, as well as the flexible time for checking out, made our experience smooth. the spacious and fast elevators, along with the direct entry to Masjid e Haram, were convenient for our daily prayers.

Great location next to Masjid al Haram with stunning views of the Kaaba. Spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a variety of dining options.

The hotel is conveniently close to the Haram, allowing for easy access and proximity to the holy site. The room upgrade to a triple room at no extra cost was a pleasant surprise, providing ample space for our last-minute companion. The friendly and helpful service made our stay truly enjoyable. I'd recommend this hotel for its proximity and accommodating service.

The Makkah clock tower complex provided unmatched convenience with its proximity to the Kaaba and a variety of amenities. The quadruple rooms were spacious and well-equipped, allowing our families to relax comfortably. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring our needs were met. The in-room dining service was excellent, and the restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially for someone with allergies like me. The breakfast was delicious and the shopping mall below the lobby was a great bonus.
The AC in our room wasn't as cold as we would have liked, and the windows could have been cleaner. Additionally, the bathroom faucets were difficult to close properly, which was a minor inconvenience.
